Colin asks: My drivers side window has come off the bottom track & the glass stays down when the up/down electric window button is pushed. How does the inside panel come off?
The panel can be carefully taken off by finding the seam between the metal chassis of the door and the fabric and prying a flat tool in between and popping the plastic fasteners away from the door metal.
Colin, this you will see after you pop a couple of the fasteners free. You may have to take out a couple of screws at the inside handle where you pull the door shut but you will find that out as you begin to peel the panel off.
Take your time at this and remember a couple of the fasteners may break and you can get replacements at you local car dealer.
To re-assemble you just line up the fasteners to the correct hole and bump them in, that is after you fix the original problem of the window being off the track. Putting the window on the track can be frustrating so just have patience.
